The next day, in the morning hours, after just a few hours of sleep, the visitors got the chance to see the city of Skopje, which is just as beautiful as the great cities of Europe.
In the afternoon hours, at 18.00 hours the 19th Annual meeting began.

The meeting took place at the facilities of the Republic of Macedonia Red cross. The program of this meeting included the election of the members for the governing body of the “Hristijan Todorovski Karpos” youth field unit, where the present members were trusted with the running the unit for the mandatory period of the year 2006-2008. The members of the governing body filed the report of the unit activities for the year 2005/2006 and they represented activities planned to be realized in the years of 2006-2008.
. This was also an opportunity to award membership cards to the new members-volunteers of the youth field unit and to officially welcome them to the unit. The participants of the meeting also got familiar with the suggestion of the “H.T. Karpos” to form the “Emergency Interventions” team and they discussed the working experiences oh the other Red Cross youth field units and shared some ideas for the future activities. The meeting was officially ended by the president of the “H. T. Karpos” Goran Petkovski who thanked the participants and the representatives of the Macedonian Red cross.
A fare-well party was thrown for the guests in the evening. Once again, the hosts showed their warmth and endless hospitality.
The last day of this event, the “H.T.Karpos” volunteers said Goodbye and wished a good trip to their Serbian guests. Our volunteers brought very strong impressions from Skopje home with them. They are very grateful and honored for the opportunity to visit “Hristijan Todorovski Karpos” youth field unit, to make some extraordinary new friendships and to have such a good time in Skopje. We are looking forward to a new gathering, hoping that next time, we will be the hosts and that we will be able to welcome our Macedonian friends as well as they did us.
